| In recent years, people have paid close attention to children's psychological health and care. The translation report puts more emphasis on the investigation of children's psychology. The book named Minding the Child--Mentalization-Based Interventions with Children, Young People and Their Families lists a series of studies on the development of children's psychology and the influence of their families, societies and schools. With thorough investigation and scientific methodology, the report is to provide reference and draw attention to public.The supporting theory of translation report is the Skopos Theory, which serves for further discussion and analysis. The translation text is the subordinate part of translation action, which has its own purpose and aim. The source text is the basis of translation, whereas translation is the target of source text in turn, they are complementary to each other. Three rules of the Skopos Theory make great contribution to the fulfillment of supposed translation purpose. The achievement of the very theory is based on the introduction of the Skopos Theroy, the analysis of text and case studies. The practical significance of three rules of the Skopos Theory not only focuses on ST and TT itself, but also cultural transformation, which embodies translation purpose and enriches cultural creativity. The three rules of the Skopos Theory are skopos rule, fidelity rule and coherent rule respectively, which are based on the fulfillment of translation action, cultural transmission as well as communication between source text writer and target text reader. The skopos rule mainly discusses the purpose of translation, the fidelity rule is based on the equality between ST and TT, whereas the coherent rule puts more emphasis on the unity of text itself. Three rules can be used for analysis of children's psychology, smoothness of communication as well as diversity of cultural transmission. |
