Research On The Function Of Government In The Development Of Industrial Heritage Tourism From The Perspective Of Cultural Industry

Economic transformation led to the transformation of the industrial structure.In the age of Big Data,the economy is developing rapidly,the traditional industry has moved toward the period of decline.A lot of abandoned or reusable industry remains have been leaved in the city,these industrial relics have its own irreplaceable cultural and economic value,which making its be the important part in building the city' culture.With the rapid development of the city,some industrial relics are facing the fate of extinction,what has been the focal point of the city's building is how to reform and reuse these industrial relics to exert its worth.It has been one of the focal problem which is need to solved urgently how to make full use of these industrial relics reasonably aimed at realizing the optimal allocation of resources of city.How to transform the industrial relics and development of recycling is an important part of urban planning and management,urban planning,as one of the functions of government,scientific and rational government positioning in the industrial ruins tourist development,directly affects the degree of modification and utilization of industrial ruins.Eastern Music Park(eastern suburbs of memory)As the first of "Music" as the theme park development model of industrial sites,is a feature of the city of Chengdu to build a cultural brand name,its scientific research more comprehensive grasp of the Eastern Music Park(East rural memory)and the degree of development and utilization problems which exist,which will help provide a basis for subsequent re-use development and transformation,promote the overall process remains of Chengdu industrial Tourism.Reconstruction and redevelopment of industrial monuments not only help alleviate the problem of shortage of land,it can also create urban characteristic culture.Currently,the renovation and development of the eastern suburbs of memory reuse already made some achievements,but there are also some problems,such as the role of government positioning fuzzy,optimal allocation of resources are not,leading to the Eastern Music Park(the eastern outskirts of memory)Reconstruction and Development It did not achieve the intended purpose.therefore,From Chengdu Eastern Music Park(EasternSuburb Memory)as an entry point to the ruins tourism industry as the research object,the use of public management theory,combined with industrial fusion theory,the theory of economic growth,industrial distribution theory,theory of transformation of government functions,tourism public service theory of knowledge content,analysis and study of cultural industries from the industrial ruins sight tourism development in government orientation.In this paper,the concept of cultural industries and industrial ruins tourism,current research carried out and analyzed the active role of cultural relics tourism industry industrial development;in the comprehensive assessment of Chengdu Eastern Music Park(Eastern Suburb Memory)industrial heritage resources Tourism Value based on the analysis of(Eastern Suburb Memory)Situation Remains Chengdu Eastern Music Park industrial tourism development;then the government functions in the eastern suburbs of Chengdu,the memory remains of industrial tourism development in the analysis,pointed out that the current government in the eastern outskirts of the industrial ruins tourism memory development priorities and problems,combined with domestic and foreign industrial ruins 798 Beijing tourism Ruhr experience,make recommendations to promote the Government remains of governmental industrial Tourism.
