21C,exchanges between countries become more frequent in the context of economic and cultural globalization.Culture,as a kind of "soft power",affects more widely than military force which is vanishing as a kind of "hard power".Culture exchanges become an indispensable factor through international development process.In this time,China and South Korea begin to exchange in political,economic and other fields.Culture exchanges,which reduce misunderstandings effectively between China and South Korea,promote mutual trust.Analysis of cultural exchanges between two countries played an important role on development in the future.In these treatise investigations is based on above background and raise the following issues.What is the background and reasons of cultural exchanges between South Korea and China?
