More and more enterprises need to improve and maintain the competitiveness through innovation,only through continuous innovation,innovative technology to enable enterprises to have a place in the fierce market competition.The first step is to improve the creativity of the organization.To stimulate the creativity of employees has become an important condition for the development of enterprises,improving the creative performance of employees has gradually become a hot spot in the field of management psychology.The literature review,research on social support,job characteristics,the relationship between self-determination ability and creative performance of the staff is not very rich,can only be drawn about the relationship between the four inferred from some relevant research.This thesis creative theory and self determination theory from the perspective of social support,job characteristics,self-determination ability and employee creative performance of the relationship between the four in-depth study based on the self determination theory and broaden the research field of the creative theory to a certain extent,for the further study on employees’ creative performance and provide a theoretical basis for the enterprise.To improve employees’ creative performance has important significance.In this study,the employees as the research object,using Zhu Jinxin’s social support scale,Wu Xianghua’s employees’ creative performance scale,Deci characteristics of self-determination ability scale and the Chen Jie scale,by random sampling questionnaires,310 valid questionnaires were collected,and descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS21.0,multi linear in process regression analysis,SPSS regression model analysis of the theoretical model proposed in this paper,and the following conclusions:(1)Social support is positively related to the ability of self-Determination and employee creativity,that is,the higher the social support,the higher the creative performance.(2)Social support is positively related to the ability of self-determination,that is,the higher the social support,the stronger the ability of self-determination.(3)The ability of self-determination is positively related to the employee’s creative performance,that is,the higher the employee ’s self-determination ability is,the higher the employee’s creative performance.(4)The job characteristics play a moderating role between social support and employee creative performance,that is to say,the strength of job characteristics can regulate the relationship between social support and employee creative performance.(5)The relationship between social support and employees’ creative performance is mediated by the ability of self-determination,that is,social support plays an important role in the performance of employees through self-determination.
