Security policy runs through the core thread of postwar Japan's national development,and the reason lies in the particularity of Japan's security issues.Japan began the national reconstruction under the GHQ's occupation policy "demilitarization,democratization" after the war,but for international relations Japan became the forward position to contain the Soviet Union in the Far East for United States during the transition from post-war system to cold war system quickly.Japan security policy rebuilt in this context,its basis is the peaceful constitution and Japan-US security treaty,the former is from the post-war system,the latter one is from cold war system,and the reconciliation process of the two contradictions is the he path of the development of Japan security policy.Although the influence of the United States is huge,but in the early postwar period,the constitutional amendment negotiations with the aim of keeping the imperial system,and the one-side make peace with United States with the aim of progressive development of military power and ensure national economic reconstruction as the focus,they are all the reflects of the strategic independence of Japanese government security policy.In the cold war period,in the case of gradual narrowing of gap between Japan and United States for comprehensive national strength,the autonomy of Japan security policy also begun to show,the security reform in 1960 s,the return of Okinawa in 1970 s,are important reflects of increased autonomy of Japan security policy in that period,the former is intended to correct the unequal relationship between Japan and the United States in security system,the latter is intended to return Okinawa's executive power while expanding security responsibilities.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,the analysis of both domestic and foreign research results and deficiencies for this topic,the content of this article,meaning,methods and so on.The second part is the first chapter of the text,mainly to explore the important events of early post-war reconstruction of Japan security policy.Peaceful constitutional development process,Japan-US one-sided peace and negotiations of security policy amendment are the focus of this chapter.The third part is the second chapter of the text,from the macro,medium,micro three main lines,to study Japan post-war security policy.Macro,for the decision-making mechanism of securitypolicy;medium,for the study of Japan post-war major security policies;micro,the study of the creation and development of the SDF.The fourth part is the third chapter of the text,concerning the relationship between the Okinawa issue and the post-war Japan security policy,review the development of Japan security policy after the war through the changes of Japan's Attitude to Okinawa.The fifth part is the conclusion,based on the study of post-war Japan Security Policy in the formation and development process of the main features of the above chapters,especially from the perspective of policy strategy independence and autonomy,to deconstruct the development of Japanese policy after the war.
