The project comes from the book titled Sports Justice: The Law and the Business of Sports,written by Roger I Abrams.The author is responsible for Chapter IX: The Tight End,Freedom,and the Antitrust Laws and Chapter X: T.O.Meets the Arbitrator,whose main content is to study a variety of American sports cases involving justice,so as to formulate mature laws and regulations,which poses a positive impact on American sports industry,as well as for China's.At present,we still lack the research on sports justice,more detailed information is surely needed.Therefore,the project aims to present us more case studies of sports justice.Through the dissection of the original text,the author classifies the original text to informative text,featuring accuracy and authenticity.Based on which,the author intends to adopt Communicative Translation Theory by Newmark to analyze the original text,and study cases from lexical level,syntactic level and discourse level.The translation of the project will help improve the level of the author's bilingual translation,as well as the ability to deal with translation cases.
