In this paper,in the base of Chinese and Mongolian idioms which contains "Wolf"words compared and analyzed the cultural characteristics of China and Mongolia.The comparative study of Chinese and Mongolian animal idioms in china and abroad is still a weak,and there is no specific research animal sample.Therefore,the "Wolf" as the representative of Chinese and Mongolian idioms,idioms and culture are studied.The author takes Chinese and Mongolian "Wolf" containing idioms as an example,and makes a specific explanation for the similarities and differences.Then made the analysis of Chinese and Mongolian "Wolf" containing idioms in emotional color,for example,highlight people's opinion of different countries likes and dislikes attitude of the animal,also pointed out the reasons for various specific phenomena in the Mongolian and Chinese idioms,it will be helpful for Chinese learners to easy understand meaning of idioms.The main ideas of this article are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the previous research results,the research purpose,research methods,content and significance,as well as the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is the main part,is the author's classification and combing the Mongolian and Chinese idioms with the word "Wolf"idioms.In this chapter the author made classification for Chinese and Mongolian idioms.Regardless of the type or quantity,the Mongolian "Wolf" word containing idioms are more abundant than in Chinese idioms.This is because the Mongols spend more time in nature,respect the environment and respect wolf during many thousand years.The third chapter is analysis with the "Wolf" word phrase in semantic comparison between Mongolian and Chinese idioms.Through sorting can be seen in the "Wolf" in Chinese and Mongolian idioms semantic also have similarities and differences.The same point that the Chinese Mongolian "Wolf" idioms in a few"Wolf" word phrase in the same sense,but in the Mongolian case is different.More than half of idioms meaning with "Wolf" phrase not means image of the animal.Another part of the phrase "Wolf" is unique to Mongolia.The study found that idiom emotional color is different,and this difference caused by the different understanding of wolf in China and Mongolia and the root of the differences in culture.The fourth chapter is the comparison of Mongolian and Chinese idioms with "Wolf' in the cultural connotation of idioms.In this chapter the author discusses from the two aspects of the cultural connotation of Chinese Mongolian and Chinese Mongolian"Wolf" idioms.The study found that Chinese Mongolian culture are both common and personality.There is common because of the presence of interoperability between Chinese and Mongolian culture.The two sides formed the same or similar culture in their long exchange.Individuality is diversity,which is caused due to the different natural environment,different ways of thinking and religious belief of the two countries.In the process of national exchanges and communication,we must respect each other and seek common place while reserving differences,so as should promote the prosperity and development of all ethnic cultures.
