Study On Urban Community Culture Construction From The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

Culture is the essence of a nation's wisdom,the symbol of progress.The report of the19 th CPC national Congress clearly stated that "culture is the soul of a country.Culture flourishes,the country will be prosperous.Culture becomes powerful,the country will be strong.Without high cultural confidence,without flourishing cultural prosperity,there will be no rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." The great rejuvenation of the nation needs culture support,and it needs to persist cultural confidence.In recent years,with the development of economy and society and the advancement of science and technology,the cultural soft power of the Chinese nation has been obviously increased.At present,China is undergoing an important period of transition and development.Under the guidance of the socialism core values,the Party Central Committee has explicitly proposed instructions to strengthen cultural reforms and promote the development of cultural undertakings.It is proposed that cultural construction should reflect national characteristics and be creative.It must be close to the actual life of the people,adhere to the people-centered approach,and persist in serving the people.We must further improve the public cultural service system,implement cultural beneficial project,and constantly enrich the cultural activities of the masses.Specifically,as the major contradictions in contemporaryChinese society has been transformed into "the contradiction between the growing good living needs of the people and unbalanced development," the spiritual and cultural needs have become more urgent and intense.Accordingly,the cultural management and construction of the community is facing a severe situation.The community has become a new place for people to learn,relax and entertain.Culture is the soul of a community which reflects the ideology,spirit,and behavior of community residents.Therefore,the construction of community cultural has caught extensive attention from all aspects of life in the process of urban development.However,as mentioned in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,the development of China is now at a new historical coordinate.We are at a new starting point for development.Therefore,we must better meet the higher needs of the people in many areas on the basis of continuing to promote development.Especially in terms of cultural development,demand,and effective supply,there are still many problems.This requires us to conduct deep research on the reform of the cultural supply side,and propose solutions to existing problems,so as to really improve the government's cultural service capabilities,the level of culture and the country's cultural strength.Based on this,this article takes "the research of urban community culture construction under the perspective of supply-side reform" as the topic,and takes Taiyuan Civil Aviation Community as an example to carry out research.The full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic.The second chapter summarizes supply-side reform and urban community cultural construction.The third chapter is the status quo of the supply and demand of cultural construction in Minghang Civil Aviation Community.The fourth chapter manifests existing problems and reasons in the supply side of civil aviation community culture construction.The fifth chapter discusses the measurement of civil aviation community culturalconstruction from the perspective of supply side reform.This article collects data by visiting community members and questionnaire surveys of the Minghang Civil Aviation Community to learn more about the cultural activities of civil aviation communities,including the participation of civil aviation communities in cultural activities,the construction of civil aviation community cultural facilities,and the sources and use of community cultural construction funds and so on.It was found that although the civil aviation community has done a lot in cultural construction,it also has many problems.Through the analysis of these problems and causes,the corresponding measurements and suggestions are proposed.This research has a great significance for advancing the cultural construction of civil aviation communities.
