Speculation On The Rhetoric Of Taiping Lyrics

The Taiping Lyrics is a kind of Chinese traditional folk art forms.It derived from Qing Dynasty and departed from another folk art—Lianhualao.After the development of several hundred years,it has become a basic skill of cross talk.This traditional folk art form is loved by many ordinary people,because its rich contents,melodious tunes and positive moral.Guided by the rhetoric theory,this speculation provides a thorough analysis on its phonetic rhetoric,rhetoric of sentence pattern,style rhetoric and the figures of speech.It contributes to discovery the internal value of the Taiping Lyrics.To make great efforts to inherit,develop and innovate.This speculation will be analyzed both synchronically and diachronically on its derivation and development.It will also be studied by the method of induction and deduction on the rhetoric characteristic and rules of creation.We do this for demonstrating the linguistic feature of the Taiping Lyrics.In addition,the research on it in the field of linguistic is none.So,in order to do thorough research,the speculation depends on some mature rhetoric theories for well-founded.There are eight parts composing this study.The introduction is the first chapter contents.Firstly,the academic significance and practical significance of this study are discussed.Secondly,combing the research status of ancient and modern.Thirdly,the research methods and innovations are introduced.The first chapter summarizes the basic situation of Taiping lyrics.It introduces the historical origin of Taiping lyrics,the derivation of naming,the form of performance,the type of subject matter and the process of communication.The second chapter studies the phonetic rhetoric of Taiping lyrics.The main inquiry from the rhyme,assonance,reduplication,lining words,rhythm and so on.The third chapter contains the rhetoric of sentence pattern.The differences between regular and variant sentences,long and short sentences are explored.This chapter also analyzes the sentence mood and so on.The fourth chapter discusses the style features of Taiping lyrics.It is divided into two types of gorgeous and simple interpretation.The fifth chapter focuses on the detailed analysis of the rhetorical use of Taiping lyrics.The analysis from four aspects of material,artistic conception,words and sentences.In order to express the rich rhetoric of Taiping lyrics.The sixth chapter is a summary of the above studies.
