What we see more about factors affecting the middle school students are influence of individual cognition such as values,expectation,will,etc.However there is no denying that students are under the influence of the emotion in the process of triggering students' learning motivation,in addition to the cognitive factors.In the process of education,students will produce a variety of emotions related to academic,such as positive emotions,like pride,joy,or negative emotions,like guilt,shame,anger,disgust,etc;and these emotions for students dedicating to schoolwork produce the cyclic affection.therefore we have to take it seriously.According to scholars'studies,students' emotions and the control of it have certain relations to students'individual personality characteristics.In this paper,according to the research of the predecessors' factors influencing middle school students learning motivation research literature,the author found that middle school students' personality and the sense of shame is closely related to learning motivation,but there aren't more research between the relationship of the three.Therefore,this study was to investigate the influence of middle school students' inner stability personality,sense of shame to learning motivation.This study adopts questionnaire survey method,and 262 students in a junior high school and 214 students in a high school in tianjin xiqing district has been carried on the questionnaire survey.SPSS statistical software has been applicated.in this study.Using zhong-lin wen 's mediation effect of step by step analysis method to statistical analysis of data,we found that:(1)Stigma significantly associated with personality.Personality like introversion,extroversion and stability have a certain relationship with middle students' sense of shame.the more outgoing of middle school students of shame the lower the score,the less emotional stability of studdents' sense of shame,the lower the score.(2)Stignma significantly associated with learning motivation.Shame of personalily,behavior.ability and body was significantly positively related to the control of learning beliefs and test anxiety.(3)Personality significantly associated with learning motivation.Both task value and confidence in their ability and grasp the operation have signidicantly negative correlation to nervousness,and have significantly positive correlation to conscientiousness,agreeableness,and openness and extroversion.test anxiety have significantly positive correlation to nervousness,that is,the less emotional stability of students in the higher test anxiety also.Test anxiety is negatively related to the extroversion significantly.(4)The three of personality.sense of shame and learning motivation have significantly correlation to each other.Personality of shame.task value and extroversion were significantly correlated with each other:personality of shame,test anxiety and extroversion have significantly correlation with each other;shame of ability,test anxiety and extroversion have significantly correlation with each other,body of shame,test anxiety and extroversion have significantly correlation with each other.(5)The shame of middle school students influence the learning motivation through the extroversion,Extroversion plays a partial mediating effect between the value of task and shame in personality,extroversion plays a partial mediation effect in the process of the body shame influence on test anxiety.
