Factors Affecting Farmers' Participation In Community Culture Construction

The rural community is the foundation of the development of urban and rural cooperative,is a bridge connected with the farmers,rural community culture in urban and rural public service integration also play a crucial role.The study showed that: in the rural community cultural activities,participation of farmers with their level of cultural identity and sense of belonging to a positive correlation.If people are conservative,that do not actively participate in social activities,and communicate with each other,it will be in the community in the lack of a sense of belonging and identity.Therefore,only to master the rural community villagers thought condition,participation in cultural activities,in order to ensure the smooth development of cultural construction in rural areas.So far,in the construction of rural community culture,most of scholars only two aspects of ideas and thoughts,there are a few scholars just a brief description,only focus on exploration of problems and countermeasures of the lack of empirical research on the comprehensive participation of farmers in the construction of community culture factors.On the basis of previous studies,through the investigation of the factors affecting the construction of rural community culture in Zhangjiakou,the original questionnaire was formed.According to the preliminary investigation and statistical information to amend,and finally form a formal questionnaire.the regression analysis with SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software we obtain the benefit factor,the identification factor,the system factor and find that these factors has the causal relationship with the farmer participation level: the more public interests with farmers,the stronger sense of dependence on communities,and more actively the farmers participate in community affairs;the sense of belonging and identity of farmers is an important psychological factor and the direct and effective way of participation directly affects the farmers' participation behavior in the community affairs.In addition,the K-W test shows that the five demographic variables of gender,age,education,length of residence and political landscape do not influence farmers' participation in community cultural construction.The results not only provide empirical reference for the perfection of the theory of rural community culture construction,but also provides theoretical guidance for the practice of culture construction,such as sharing mechanism by constructing the interests offarmers,to develop social capital to seek new solutions,strengthen the recognition of community residents,the establishment of a standardized community culture participation consciousness and enhance the participation level of community residents.
