The Influence Of Cultural Diversity On Community Cultural Participation

With the changes in the social structure,the social population structure has also undergone tremendous changes,and more community-based forms of population structure have emerged.How can we make the spiritual and cultural life in the community better and increase community residents,and the cohesion has also become more and more important.As a socialist democracy,people-centeredness has become an important governance tool for democratic politics.Therefore,how to increase residents' enthusiasm for participating in community culture has become an important issue for us when we are now facing community cultural construction.In the first-level cities,the population structure based on the community has also become more and more complex.In the 1970 s and 1980 s,most of the community's demographic structure was based on the nature of the employees and their families,but with the progress of society and economy,more and more migrants are continuously flooding into these single communities with a single population structure,and the primary impact is the cultural life.The diversity of cultural background and ecological diversity are the same.It is determined by historical and objective historical facts.Therefore,we will inevitably face enormous cultural conflicts in the process of integration.On the surface,these cultural conflicts are due to cultural differences cause,but from a deeper and longer-term perspective,culture is also complementing and innovating in this constant conflicts.Cultural development is a dynamic process.Therefore,the development of community culture is also a process of seeking common ground while reserving differences.However,it is undeniable that whether it is positive or negative,cultural diversity does have a certain influence on the participation rate of community culture.This is what I want to discuss in this article.To determine whether the community cultural construction is ultimately successful or not,one criterion should be the number of participants.The realization of a good community culture requires the participation and support of the public.Since the government began its conception of community cultural construction,it has been implementing a top-down package policy.From the formulation of cultural policies to the setting of project activities,the government has implemented them all by hand.However,due to the increasing population structure in the community.The more diversified,the more diverse the cultural background of the various groups of people faced.In order to enable the community cultural activities to serve the community residents more effectively,the construction mode is changed so that the residents become the masters of the activity construction or the main force,active.Participating in the construction of a community cultural system,the role of the government as a supervisor is as good as it is.In this way,the ultimate expectation can achieve the goal of “coming from the masses and going to the masses” and ultimately improving the quality of community cultural construction.Increase the participation rate of community culture.Therefore,this paper starts from the concepts of community,cultural diversity,and community culture,and focuses on the impact of cultural diversity on community cultural participation.Investigated several communities in Beijing and Huangdao.From the organized activity programs and the regular competitions,it can be seen that the diversity of the main cultural background,the mode of cultural communication,and the subject's cognitive ability of the culture will all result in the participation rate of the culture.The study of the causes of hope can influence the community's future setting of community cultural activities.When comparing with previous activities,we should use such ideas to discover more reasons for influencing the participation rate.It will provide an effective reference for the construction of better community cultural activities.
