| New expressionism is a new genre which occurred in the late 1970 s and early 1980 s in Germany.Subsequently it spread to Italy,the United States and other western countries,which has quickly become a popular art phenomenon.Especially in the United States it has become the mainstream art of the 1980 s.Based on it this new artistic expression and inner spirit have been developed and sublimated.Then the spiritual expression reflects the height of the painting.Rich spiritual world of is the source of an artist's inspiration.It also embodies life value,personality and life experiences of an artist.In art,the concept which is brought by the theme of the painting and its living environment is the most attractive.Modern Chinese painting is deeply influenced by western expressionism.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter One will state the social and political cultural background of new expressionism through the description of multiple angle of new expressionism and the characteristics of the times.Chapter Two will illustrate the basic features and its influence of new expressionism through the reading of Kiefer's and Richter's works.Chapter Three mainly analyzes the reason why in Chinese Contemporary oil Painting language occurs and the features of the painting language form through the effects of new expressionism on in Chinese Contemporary oil painting.Chapter Four will narrate new expressionism's influence on spiritual expression of Contemporary painting from the aspect of conceptuality,sociality,impressionism and planarity of painting.The last chapter focuses on spirituality embodies in the reflection of modern painting,the trend of contemporary art painting and historical circumstances.And also the considering of this paper.Then it comes to the conclusion that the significance of the spiritual expression in painting language.The expression of new expressionism painting spirituality has a pioneering influence on the later development of painting. |
