Occupational gender stereotypes are a fixed impression of occupatio-nal classification by sex,and a cognitive representation of a career associated with sex.The process of judging the behavior and ability of others is based on the behavior of others. The core part is the trait judgment, that is,the observer deduces the personality trait according to the behavior of the actor.Occupational gender stereotypes are bound to have an impact on individual social cognition and social judgments about the beha-vior and traits associated with others, and this effect may lead to an individual's opini-on that gender differences lead to different evaluations in the occupational context and that is unfair. The compensatory stereotype is one of the ways in which the individual is used to maintain the system justice and complete the self-regulation,that is,the ad-vantages and the disadvantaged groups have their own unique and mutually offsetting advantages and disadvantages.Compensatory Occupational Gender Stereotypes and Occupational Gender Stereotypes together affect individual equity experiences, and g-ender schemas as cognitive schemas have a special effect in this effect. In this study, three experiments were conducted to study the relationship between professional gender stereotypes and their compensatory and trait judgment and fairness.First, the consistency and difference of occupational gender stereotypes of different gender roles were discussed.Secondly,it discusses the influence of occupational gender stereotypes on individual judgment and the existence of compensatory occupation stereotypes. Finally,it discusses the influence of occupational gender stereotypes and compensatory occupational gender stereotypes the individual's sense of fairness.A total of 358 adults were randomly selected and then the researcher use the BEM Gender Role Scale to test them to select 80 subjects divided in 4 group according to the sex-role.In the first experiment, the occupational gender stereotypes of 80 subjects was measured using Stereotypic Explanatory Bias(SEB).In the second experiment, the impact that the occupational gender stereotypes on the subject's trait judgment were examined, and whether the compensatory occupational gender stereotypes was present. In the third experiment, the essay was used to activate the occupational gender stereotypes of 80 subjects and the compensatory occupational gender stereotypes, then investigate the justice perceptions of subjects.Through the three experiments above, this study has the following conclusions:First, the subjects have different degrees of occupational gender stereotypes, and the individual of different sex-role types have a significant difference in occupational gender stereotypes, that is,gender schemas have a certain impact on occupational gender stereotypes. When the subjects try to explain the behavior result of individuals in different gender, the internal attribution and external attribution are different, and the subjects with different sex-roles types have difference in attribution when they try to explain the behavior result of individuals in different gender.Second, the subjects for the character of the judge,by the occupational gender stereotypes of the impact, and this effect there is a compensatory effect. There is different impact in competence dimension when the subjects of different sex-role types make the trait judgment to the individuals who are not consistent with occupational gender stereotypes, but this effect is not exist when make the judgment to the individuals who are consistent with occupational gender stereotypes.Thirdly, when the compensation occupational gender stereotypes of the subjects are activated, the subjects are more likely to experience justice perception. And whether the warmth dimensions is activated or the competence dimensions, subjects are experiencing a higher justice perception.
