Gender differences in gender roles are the key areas, and is gender-specific individuals belonging to certain social and group occupies the appropriate position, and is provided for the social and behavioral patterns of groups. Stereotypes prevalent in our lives is a social phenomenon, and is an important area of social cognitive bias, refers to people of a particular group or social class characteristics common to the members of the view. Occupational gender stereotypes of men and women in the professional, occupational expectations, requirements and general views. Subjective well-being refers to the individual according to their own standards set by their quality of life in a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of life, and is a measure of the importance of individual comprehensive psychological indicators. Subjective well-being might be affected by various factors, and a large number of studies have shown that gender roles and occupational gender stereotypes had impact on subjective well-being.The gender roles of college students and professional gender stereotypes and the relationship between subjective well-being were analyzed using Sandra ? Bem sex role inventory (BSRI), Jiang Xiaolin series of questionnaires and occupational gender stereotypes amount of subjective well-being Table of Liaocheng to investigate and study of college students, college students study sex roles and occupational gender stereotypes and the relationship between subjective well-being.The following conclusions:1. Male and female students in four types of distribution of gender roles there are significant differences. College women are androgynous group was higher than the number of male students in the group. The proportion of male university students belonging to group the proportion of masculine than the female students belonging to a higher proportion of masculine group, the number of male students share Percentage rate than the proportion of female students is lower, male students and female students in this group, the proportion of the share is not much difference.2. Different types of students gender role stereotypes of occupational sex there was no significant difference. Male students in the male and female occupational gender stereotypes on occupational gender stereotype scores were significantly higher than the scores of female students. Different gender roles in the male liberal arts college students and women in occupational sex stereotypes on occupational gender stereotypes do not exist significant differences.3. In the overall index and emotional well-being index, the androgynous and masculine and feminine students were significantly higher than students of undifferentiated, feminine students were significantly higher than undifferentiated students. There was no significant difference between androgynous and masculine undergraduates. Satisfaction in life, androgyny and the masculine and feminine students were significantly higher than undifferentiated students, however, there were no significant difference between androgyny with masculine, feminine and undifferentiated of college students.
