Research On IP Operation Of Internet Literature In China

With the policy,market,technology and audience needs changing fast IP operation has become the most emerging business model for the past two years.Internet literature,which has the dual value of content and fans,become the largest source of IP.IP break value barrier of different mediums in industry chain of cultural industry and integrate the consumers from top to bottom.The prospects and profit margins of IP operation have a great influence on the Internet literature industry in our country,and this influence has been extended to every branch of the cultural industry.However,there are many problems in IP operation,for example,crazy investment fever,blind exploitation,copyright infringement,neglect of social benefits,which has a huge negative impact on IP operation.In addition,the market just started and supervision is absent,so IP operation seemingly looked bright and beautiful,but empty inside,lacking of the operational capacity and more mature market.As an emerging business model,the current study of IP operation is not much,especially the lack of comprehensive and systematic discussion.Therefore,this study makes an in-depth study on the current situation of IP operation,such as operational environment,market states,operational modes and characteristics.There are some problems in copyright protection,content selection and operational modes.Of the crucial issues,combined with foreign advanced experience to put forward relevant recommendations and countermeasures,with a view to laying the foundation for the follow-up study.The first chapter introduces the research background,the significance of the topic,the innovation and the literature review,and defines the "IP" and "IP operation"through the intimate knowledge of the previous research and the research topic.The second chapter elaborates the current situation of IP operation of Internet literature in China.Data research is necessary to elaborate the status of IP operation,so a large number of data are collected in the early stage of study,as the concept of IP emerged in 2014 and IP operation became the direction of enterprises from 2015,so time point of data collection are limited from January 1,2015 to December 31,2016,two years of time span is easy to track the effectiveness of IP operation,which can be a more comprehensive understanding of the current status.After sorting,summarizing and classifying the data,the macroscopic view of the current situation of IP operation is formed,and then combine the concrete case to analyze its characteristics.The third chapter discusses the problems in the IP operation of Internet literature in China.Through the analysis of the status quo and the specific case,this study holds that the problem mainly focuses on the three aspects of copyright protection,content selection and operational mode.The fourth chapter put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the exposed problems.On the basis of drawing on the advanced experience of the United States and Japan,this study puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problems,including increasing the copyright protection,insisting on the principle of 'Content is king' and optimizing the mode of operation.
