This thesis discovers the existing problems in the lead-in before class in the elementary Chinese teaching in Thailand after conducting an investigation on the present usual ways of it.Having making an analysis on the present research of the lead-in before class,the author finds that the research on the lead-in before class of enementary Chinese teaching is rarely available,and the present reasarch is unsystematic and odd.Inspired by the Context theory,the author attempts to set up the system of the context lead-in before class of elementary Chinese teaching in Thailand based on the prvious research.The author classifys the topics in the first six volumes of Mandarin Chinese Language into 13 categories and proposes varios ways to create different context in order to suit different topics.After that,the author establishs teaching cases of the context lead-in before class and put them into practice.The conclusion comes out that context lead-in before class has superiority over present usual ways of lead-in before class and helps to solve theexisting problems in the lead-in before class in the elementary Chinese teaching in Thailand.And the autor puts forward some relevent suggestion for the problems in the ontext lead-in before class.This thesis hopes to offer some refers for the Mandarin Chinese Language and other textbook users.
