As the November21,2004, after China’s first overseas Confucius institute inSeoul, South Korea, according to the data analysis of the Confucius instituteheadquarters, as of December31,2014, the global total of476Confucius institutesand851Confucius classrooms set up in120countries and regions. During this decade,Confucius institutes、 Confucius classrooms and overseas Chinese teachers, thenumber of volunteers increasing rapidly, not only shows China’s position in the world,also shows that the heat of people learn Chinese culture and Chinese language.Thailand as the fastest growing countries, the quality of Chinese languageteaching is not the best. I have been to thailand to be a Chinese volunteer teachersabout one year in Confucius classroom of Wat Damit. And returned to Thailandinvestigated in January in2013, through the combination of practice and theory, ifound many unfavorable to complete the teaching goal. such as the environment ofLearning,Thai learners, teachers, books, teaching plan and so on. Through thetheory in the university,i realize in order to have the best class efficiency,we need abest teaching design.The more better teaching design can let students in a more activelearning enviroment to absorb the most "nutrition" of knowledge, and communicationcan smoothly.So i choose the book New Practical Chinese Book which written forelementary learners from LiuXun,and choose one lesson Merry Chrismas from thisbook to design.This paper have five parts:Chapter1:instruction. Introduced the selected topic significance, research objectsand research methods, teaching experts research results in China and abroad.Chapter2:the theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, including,teaching principle, teaching methods, teaching, language teaching, the nonverbal elementsChapter3:the related content before design,such as, the teaching goal, content,analysis of the environmentChapter4:disign the lesson of 《Merry Chrismas》Chapter5:Conclusion. Summarize the whole paper innovation points anddeficiencies.
