With the continuous growth of the number of Chinese learners,a lot kinds of teaching materials for foreigners have mushroomed,but some problems have emerged too.The problem of transliteration of vocabulary in teaching Chinese as a foreign language has also appeared and has directly affected the actual Chinese teaching.The teaching and learning of new words is an indispensable part of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and Chinese language learning.Therefore,the problem of transliteration of Chinese characters can not be ignored.In this paper,the author makes a general analysis of the problem of interpreting the words and phrases of the Chinese characters,and summarizes their causes,and then puts forward some constructive suggestions.This article is divided into six chapters,there are three main parts.The first part(Chapter 1): The introduction part of the article mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research method and the theoretical basis,and summarizes the research results of the Chinese textbook.The second part(Chapters 2,3 and 4): The subject part of the article,from the vocabulary and foreign language vocabulary teaching,vocabulary and the interpretation of words in Chinese textbook,and taking "developing Chinese" as an example,analysing and summarizing the problems in the translation of Chinese vocabulary.The third part(Chapter 5,6): give some suggestions for the translation of the new words.
