Nowadays,in the teaching of teaching Chinese as a second language,teachers should not only master the required teaching skills and give students perfect lessons,but also notice the students' problematic behaviors in class.After reasonably analyzing these problematic behaviors,teachers could figure out why they happened,and then properly handle them,make sure these behaviors will not influence both the behavior person and other students.Properly handling students' problematic behaviors contributes to the improvement of teachers' teaching efficiency and students' learning efficiency.It can help students improve their learning methods,and then shape healthy relationship between teachers and students,and create a harmonious and efficient learning environment.This article is aimed at giving advice on teachers' teaching and management by studying students' problematic behaviors.Through classroom observation and questionnaire survey,and by different angles,I used two different investigation methods to comprehend and analyze students' problematic behaviors in class.I use these two angles to complement each other,and strive to be able to comprehensively analyze the problem,so as to better solve the problem.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter includes the reasons of choosing the topic,the literature review and the purpose and methods of the research.The second chapter is the observation of students' problematic behaviors,including the description of the classroom observation,the statistics of students' problematic behaviors,and a comprehensive analysis of the data obtained from the classroom observation.The third chapter is the investigation of students' problematic behaviors.Through the analysis of the students' questionnaire and the teachers' questionnaire,the information collection and analysis are further improved.The fourth chapter is the comprehensive analysis of the information and providing suggestions.After summing up the characteristics of the students' problematic behaviors and teachers' responses and countermeasures,I put forward a lot of suggestions to teachers.
