In recent years,the "learning burnout" is more and more attention by domestic and foreign education in the field of psychology,and for learning burnout theory and empirical studies have made new progress,however,domestic research focused on the college students and middle school students,primary school students to the attention of a lack of comparison.School education class environment and students' physical and mental development has been the development of the relationship between psychology and one of the research topics in the field of school counseling.In order to explore the class environment impact on student learning burnout,,this research extracted jurong city huayang experimental primary school is grade 3-6 27 classes,a total of 1195 students as the research object,using guang-rong jiang,a professor at the establishment of "my class" questionnaire survey class environment,yvonne and xiao-yang dai,using spss20.0 to analyze data.The results:1.The students learning burnout total level and the score of four dimensions:elementary problems in different degree of learning burnout students account for 7.9%of the overall sample,high levels of learning burnout of elementary school students accounted for 0.08%of the total sample;Problems of low achievement students accounted for 25.7%of the total sample,exhaustion of body and mind problems students accounted for 21.17%of the total sample;Academic alienation problem of accounting for 4.5%of the overall sample.This means that,in the primary school students some learning burnout problems in this group.2.The gender influence on class environment,the learning burnout:gender respondents between teachers and students in the class environment,classmates,competition,learning on and burnout alienation.Classmates,boys is significantly lower than girls.3.The different class environment in grade of primary school,the influence of learning burnout:the dimensions in order and discipline,grade three and grade 6,grade four and six grade,the grade three and grade 6,with the increase of grade,students perception of competition gradually reduce;On the burden of learning dimension,grade three and grade four,grade three and grade five,significant differences between the grade three and grade 6,grade,students perceived burden of learning gradually reduce.In all burnout of learning level,significant differences 4th and 5th grade,and grade five learning burnout level is higher than fourth grade;On academic alienation dimension,grade three and grade four,in grade three and six grade,with the higher grade,academic alienation in reducing;At low satisfaction dimensions,significant differences of grade 3 and grade 6,grade 6 students obviously is lower than that of the third grade students perceive more a sense of achievement.4.Whether poor student,eugenic of class environment,poor student score significantly higher learning eugenics.In mental,physical exhaustion,low academic estrangement,a sense of achievement and learning burnout scores,poor student score significantly higher learning eugenics,showed that poor student learning burnout significantly higher than healthy birth.5.Clustering results will be the class environment is classified into three types:(1)unity relaxed type,the characteristics of class environment discipline,order competition atmosphere is not strong,learning burden lighter.Type(2)Generally,this kind of class scored higher on competition and learning burden,and contrary to the first class,interpersonal relationship,order discipline dimension scores and close to the third class class.(3)The question type,the characteristic is not heavy learning burden,order discipline.6.The comparison of students learning burnout in different class environment:different types of class environment of elementary school students in mental and physical exhaustion,academic alienation,low sense of achievement and learning burnout were outstanding.Perceptual relaxed type class environment for unity of primary school children in mental and physical exhaustion,low academic alienation,a sense of achievement and learning burnout than perception for general and liberal pupils of class environment si different.Survey results will easily type class environment perception as the unity of elementary school students their learning burnout is optimistic,and liberal environment pupils' learning burnout is the most serious.7.Class environment and learning burnout of regression analysis:can effectively predict learning burnout is classmates,learning burden and order and discipline;Can effectively predict is learning burden,order and discipline;competition and learning burden;Can effectively predict the low sense of achievement is order and discipline,and classmates.8.The group counseling,these two dimensions have intervention effect from school,and other dimensions are not to have the obvious effect.Finally,from different angles such as methods and solutions rethink their deficiencies,added in the future study of vision,and to explore the significance of this study.
