The Law And The Purpose In Social Development

According to the views of Marxism, on the one hand, society development shows the unity and opposites contradiction movement of historical law. Meanwhile, the development of human society is the process of putting forward the goal continuously and making it become true. In this way, historical law exists in social development together with the purpose of the people. The discussion of the relation of the above has been an important subject faced by the historical materialism. However, does the purpose of personal practice enable the society purpose? And, what the role of the purpose and law play in the society development? Can they unify and how? Answers to these questions are very important to understand the relationship of them and the key is that we should understand the historical law and purpose of the person from the reality of life itself. On account of the history law with generation and the purpose with the historical nature, naturally, they unify in the human’s practice, and, with the increase of human consciousness, they will unify more and more.This article mainly discuss the problem from the following four parts:Introduction illustrates the present situation of the domestic and foreign research,research theory and the practical significance, the ideas and methods.First of all, first chapter clarifies the related concepts. Secondly, this part combs the discussion about history law. And, in the end, it proves history law ontology with the help of Marx’s text, concluding that the natural law should not be used as specimen to demand the history law.The second chapter, combining the Marxism classical text to proved purpose from the aspects of theory and the value .Social purpose reflects the dominant position of the people in the history.It gives people courage and motivation facing suffering.In the third chapter, from the relationship of law and purpose, history law,which is generative, contains the purpose. And the purpose, which is historic, is subjected to the limit of the regularity. Whereas, we can only classify them completely in theory. In real life, they have a common subject and unify in the practice of people. Purpose as the rule to guide the people respect and use social law. In people’s conscious practice,social law across to the development of purpose.And, with the consciousness of practice , both of them promote the realization of human liberation.
