A Study On The Motive Force Of Social Development From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism

Marx and Engels based on historical materialism position, inherited and developed the past thinkers’ ideas critically on the historical development power, surpassed the previous abstract history power thought, and established a scientific theoretical system on the historical development power. Research on the problem contribute to deepen Marx and Engels’ historical materialism thought, and conduce to make a reasonable analysis and guidance on the development of contemporary Chinese society. The research was based on reviewing the contemporary Chinese and western philosophy, we will discuss the Marx and Engels’ historical development power thought from three parts.Part one traced back to development course of western philosophy history from the historical development power view. Through comparative analysis, the writer tried to clarify Marx and Engels’ had past thinkers previous. The historical development of western philosophy thought in the power of the ancient Greek times experience natural power thought, medieval theological power thought, modern times rational power thought. Marx and Engels sublimed the previous thoughts and established the historical materialism history development dynamics theory.Part two expounded the development process and main content of Marx and Engels’ historical development dynamics theory. In Marx and Engels’ opinion, The people are the subject in historical development power, basic driving force is material production, Core driving force is the social basic contradiction,and the class struggle is the direct driving force of historical development of social history, science and technology is a "significant leverage" of the development of history. According to certain rules,various types of power constituted the dynamic system, which pushed forward the wheel of history.Part three clarified the realistic enlightenment the Marx and Engels’ historical development power theory on contemporary China. Further expounding Marx and Engels’ history development power thought would help us insist on productivity standard.Follow the laws of social development, and comprehensively promote the rule of law, speeding up socialist reforms.
