The work-family relationship is a more and more important issue for the new generation of migrant workers to face,and they will also experience different degrees of family well-being.In this process,their core self-evaluations will affect the relationship between the work-family relationship and the family well-being.Therefore,through the investigation of 597 new generation of migrant workers,the study firstly drew up the family well-being questionnaire of new generation of migrant workers.Then,it investigated 486 new generation of migrant workers in Anhui,Henan,Shandong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Shanghai and Beijing by using the questionnaire method,exploring the status and the differences of work-family relationship,core self-evaluations and family well-being,and discussing their relationships.Finally,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The family well-being questionnaire of new generation of migrant workers includes 20 items,and mainly consists of 6 dimensions: the family emotional experience,the family member health satisfaction,the family member relationship satisfaction,the family life state satisfaction,the family living environment satisfaction,and the family interaction satisfaction.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)The new generation of migrant workers' overall level of the work affecting family,family affecting work,work promoting family are relatively low,and the family promoting work,core self-evaluations and family well-being are at or above the medium level.(3)There are significant differences of gender,degree of education,length of service and family types in the new generation of migrant workers' part of work-family relationship and family well-being.And the core self-evaluations have significant differences of degree of education and length of service.(4)The work affecting family,the family affecting work,and the work promoting family of new generation of migrant workers have a significantly negative correlation with the family well-being,while the family promoting work and the core self-evaluations have a significantly positive correlation with it.(5)The new generation of migrant workers' core self-evaluations can significantly enhance the negative impact of the work affecting family on the family well-being and the positive impact of the family promoting work on the family well-being.
