In the course of nearly one year of writing practice,the author finds that although the senior students have a certain ability to express Chinese,there are still various problems in the composition,especially the problem of logical connection is more prominent.Therefore,in this paper,we have revised the Chinese written writing of middle and advanced level students at the International College of Henan University as corpus.By textual cohesion,inter language,second language acquisition theories as guidance,using examples of research,data statistics,error analysis and other research methods,analyzes the errors of students in the use of causality,reversal,juxtaposition,follow the connection of these four logical connection relations,discusses the causes of the errors and puts forward the corresponding teaching and learning suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the domestic and foreign scholars on the classification of the means of convergence and the domestic scholars of foreign students in the composition of the text of the convergence of the situation,limiting the content of this study and the use of methods.The second part mainly investigates the students' cognition and expression of causality,reversal,juxtaposition and follow-up of these four kinds of logical connection relations in Chinese,starting from the four types of errors,such as misuse,redundancy,deletion and dislocation to the deviation of the corpus made a corresponding division and classification.The third part uses the method of data statistics to graphically show the proportion of the convergence of various logical connection components and summarizes the characteristics of the bias.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the errors from five aspects,such as the complexity of the logical connection component of the Chinese narrative discourse,the negative transfer of the mother tongue,the generalization of the target language rules,learners' learning strategies of simplification and avoidance and teachers' backward teaching ideas and inappropriate teaching methods.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the last part of the reasons,from the teaching activities of the leading teachers and the main students,some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of logical connection of foreign students.The last part is the conclusion,summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper.
