The junior middle school stage is that the recovery in the individual development from naive to mature stage,this stage presents some characteristics of self-concept development research by adopting the method of structural equation model to illustrate the personality,friendship quality under different cultural background of the mechanism of action of self-concept.The object of study for Qinghai Tibetan junior high school students,121,Mongolian junior middle school students,100,and the Han junior middle school students,167.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The personality of each dimension grade differences in Tibetan neuroticism,and to extraversion dimensions,Han to the extraversion and neuroticism dimension of Mongol minority,second grade level is lower than the first and third,this trend is common among all ethnic groups.2.The study haven't found self-concept on junior middle school stage inverted U type development trend.Only embodied in Tibetan self and peer group in the class self and family self dimension;In Tibetan junior high school students,there are differences between the self concept of each dimension are presented along with the grade growth with the growth of the characteristics of the Han and the Mongolian junior middle school students,there are significant differences in self-concept dimensions are showed a trend of the distribution of second is higher than the first and third.3.The psychoticism has negative correlation with achievement-self and ability-self,and are positively related to family-self and the physical-self;Extraversion are related to all self-concept dimensions;Neuroticism has negative correlation with all self-concept dimensions except the family-self and physical-self dimensions;Help accompany and intimate communication in friendship quality are positive related to all self-concept dimensions,affirming value and trust and respect has positive correlation with all self-concept dimensions except family-self.4.The theoretical model does not fit to Tibetan group subjects,and remove the path of psychoticism to self-concept,it is concluded that in the Mongolian and Han groups friendship quality affects the self-concept,Extraversion has the positive influence on self concept,neuroticism has the negative influence on self-concept.5.The study found in Mongolian and Han groups,extraversion negatively moderates the relationship between friendship quality and self-concept.
