The age of rural junior high school students is about 13 to 16 years old.This stage is a key point of physical development as well as ethics sense,worth,life,world shaping.Communication is the fundamental requirement of human activities.To rural junior high school students,the high quality peer interaction is an important way to improve social adaptability and personality.Today,some junior high school students have trouble in peer interaction.They cannot do anything to help themselves.It disturbs them badly in school studying and normal living,taking them bad influence in learning efficiency and mental health extremely.Therefore,it is very significant and important to study the peer interaction of junior high school students,then use positive ways to improve their ability of solving problems during interpersonal communication.In the past research on the basis of friendship quality,this study use "Friend Quality Questionnaire" revised by Zou Hong to investigate current condition in Liushi sixth middle school.Through analyzing the current situation of rural junior high school students friendship quality,combined with psychological counseling,and design the eight units of group guidance scheme improve the quality of rural junior high school students of friengship,and through the experimental group intervention effect.The results of experiment show that the scheme.In the study,we found that:1.Friendship quality of rural junior high school students below averall situation,the general characteristics of the quality of rural junior high school stunents friengship "accompanied with entertainment " dimension has the highest scores,"affirmative value" minimum dimension score.2.Rural junior high school students of different sex differences in quality inspection,friendship girl in "affirmative value","your intimacy and communication","confict and betrayal" the three dimension higher than boys,but the difference between the three.In "trust and friends hold","company and entertainment" gender differences,the two dimension girl young boys.Compared with the frist and third grade students,situation is relatively poor,friendship quality level the lowest.Whether for student cadres has a little influence on the quality of friengship.3.Group counseling intervention s effect on the quality of rural junior high school students friendship.4.Groups intervention effective factors are: the people the rationality of the design,the cohesion of group members of the group leader is responsible earnestly.
