In class management, there is a core team, which is composed of some students who are active and advanced and have strong ability of activity. The team is the class cadre. In order to further understand the group characteristics of class cadres to better management classes, this study selected the junior middle school class cadres as the research object, was studied using the method of questionnaire survey of junior middle school class cadres of this group of personality characteristics and peer interaction situation. The results from the study are as follows:(1) The personality characteristics of the junior middle school class cadres in each dimension scores from high to low in order to be agreeableness, extraversion, openness, conscientiousness and neuroticism. These five kinds of personality characteristics of junior middle school class cadres is no difference on gender. Agreeableness, extraversion, openness, conscientiousness personality characteristic has a significant difference in the grade. Agreeableness and openness have significant differences in the positions.(2) The basic situation of peer interaction in junior middle school class cadre in the preferences of peer interaction, the number of peer, harmonious degree of peer relationship and confusion of peer interaction, is in good condition. From the junior middle school class cadre of peer interaction of age structure, gender structure, communication mode, communication content, communication frequency, communication time, processing the contradiction and the initiative ability of deal with the contradiction, the junior middle school class cadre group is with is different from the other groups.(3) The each factor of friendship quality of the peer interaction in junior middle school class cadre is higher than the degree of mean value. The help and guidance, companionship and recreation, intimate and exchange three factor have significant gender differences. The friendship quality of female class cadre is higher than that of the male. The help and guidance, conflict resolution strategy has significant grade difference. Conflict resolution strategy factors have significant differences in the positions.(4) In junior middle school class cadre's personality characteristic and the correlation analysis of the friendship quality, extraversion personality characteristic with conflict and betrayal factors were positively correlated to have positive predictive effect. Neuroticism personality characteristic and affirmation and relationship, conflict and betrayal was positively related to have positive prediction effect. Openness personality characteristic with three factors:positive and concern, help and guidance, accompany and entertainment are positively correlated to have positive prediction effect. Agreeableness personality characteristic and affirmation and care, help and guidance, companionship and recreation, conflict resolution strategy was significant negative correlation has a negative predictive effect. There is no correlation between the conscientiousness personality characteristic and the each factor of quality of friendship.
