Social communication is an important way for people to transmit information and exchange feelings.Literature review found that many college students now have varying degrees of social anxiety,social anxiety has become one of the major factors affecting the mental health of college students,social anxiety will not only produce anxiety and other emotions,plant nerve disorder may also be accompanied by a series of functions,thus affecting the normal life of College students.An important stage in the development of university life,cultivate good social interaction helps students to explore the self growth,better adapt to the society,so the college students' social anxiety intervention has important significance.In the past,the intervention of social anxiety was mainly based on cognitive behavior therapy or group counseling.Sandplay therapy is the effect on the individual unconscious psychological counseling and treatment methods,it has the advantages of high efficiency,resource sharing,the main purpose of this study is to understand the social anxiety of college students,the use of sandplay therapy intervention on social anxiety of college students,to investigate the intervention effect of group sandplay therapy on social anxiety of College students.The study is divided into two stages:Preliminary experimental stage,mainly by social avoidance and distress scale(SAD),a questionnaire survey was conducted on a random sample of Qinghai Normal University,a total of 260 students in the second grade,understand the status quo and characteristics of the social anxiety of college students,to prepare for the formal experimental research object.The formal experiment stage,mainly from the payment of social avoidance and distress scale(SAD)in the screening of 10 subjects in the group sandplay therapy,by way of before and after the test to investigate the intervention effect of Sandplay Therapy on social anxiety of college students from the perspective of quantity.By discussing the process of group sandplay therapy and its change analysis,the effectiveness of group sandplay therapy in alleviating social anxiety among college students was explored from qualitative research:1.college students' social anxiety detection rate was 21.97%,the whole need to pay attention to,at the same time,college students social anxiety intervention is of great significance.2.college students' social anxiety has significant difference in gender dimension.3.There are significant differences in the dimensions of college students' social anxiety.4.college students' social anxiety on students dimensions does not exist significant differences.5.social anxiety group before and after the test were significantly different,the experimental group was lower than the pretest posttest scores,group sandplay therapy can effectively interfere with college students' social anxiety.6.group sandplay therapy has a good effect on alleviating the social anxiety of college students.After the intervention of the group sandplay therapy,the members of the chamber have changed from negative to positive.7.group sandplay therapy is helpful to the development of College Students' psychological health.
