Following the development of "Chinese fever," many schools in Thailand have opened Chinese majors, leading to a sharp increase in the number of people learning Chinese. However, teachers are often unable to meet students' needs.Prior to the research, the relevant literature has been reviewed. As a result, it was concluded that the main problems concerning local Chinese teachers in Thailand are as follows: there are too few Chinese teachers, their knowledge of Chinese is insufficient and they do not meet the standards of a local Chinese teacher. The object of the study is 77 local Chinese teachers-in-training of the Confucius Institute by Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University in Bangkok, Thailand.The aim of this paper is to collect the comprehensive knowledge on the subject. The study was conducted by the means of literature research, survey and interviews.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes the current state of research, the aim and significance of this research, a summary of relevant literature and the methodology of the research. The second chapter consists of statistics and analysis based on literature research, survey and interviews. The Third chapter describe about Grounded theory and interview one teacher of training. The Fourth chapter describes problems and presents solutions. The fifth chapter concludes this paper.
