With the rapid warming of Chinese fever in the world,more and more novice teachers join in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Novice teachers become the main force of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The quality,ability and adaptation of novice teachers have a direct impact on the teaching effect.The adaptability of novice teachers is becoming more and more prominent and needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,we need to know the comprehensive adaptability of the novice teachers and improve their abilities in all aspects,so that we can train them in a targeted way,so that they can adapt to the teaching work better and faster,and also help to improve the overall teaching quality of TCFL.Using the questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the Chinese teachers to the novice Chinese teachers.Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that the Chinese teachers to the novice Chinese are in good general adaptability and have the unique vigor and enthusiasm of the novice teachers,but they also expose the problems of weak foundation,lack of experience and so on,and strengthen the practice.The need of knowledge learning.In view of the situation and problems reflected by the novice teachers to Thailand,combined with the existing research and related information,we try to give some feasible strategies and suggestions from the angle of the three parties and the novice teachers themselves from the teaching school,the state Han office and the dispatched units.It is hoped that it can help novice teachers adapt to the overseas environment quickly,adapt to the role of teachers,and actively participate in Chinese teaching.The article consists of the following four parts:The introduction part,mainly introduce the background and significance of this paper,analyzes the relevant research results and shortcomings,and introduces the main contents and methods used in this paper.The first chapter,the connotation of the comprehensive adaptability of novice Chinese teachers in Thailand.For the definition and classification of adaptability,the main content of this paper is the comprehensive adaptability of novice Chinese teachers in Thailand,so what is adaptability,comprehensive adaptability and including what aspects ofadaptation.In the face of the social and cultural environment,teaching and working environment,and living environment,in order to quickly adapt to the need to cultivate what aspects of the ability and literacy,or in which areas to make efforts.In chapter two,the author investigates the comprehensive adaptability of novice Chinese teachers in Thailand,including the design and implementation of the survey,as well as the collection and collation of the questionnaire,the survey results and statistics,and analyzes the results.The third chapter,the training strategy,through the investigation to understand the adaptability of novice Chinese teachers in Thailand,and based on these problems put forward reasonable suggestions,establish tripartite cooperation mechanism,encourage novice Chinese teachers to cultivate themselves.
