On The Development Of Culture And Technology Integration In Liaoning Province

Development of human history shows that culture and technology closely linked to each other,promote each other,go hand in hand.Each time the integration of culture and technology,have brought new wonders for the development of human society.The integration of culture and technology not only has injected new vitality into the traditional cultural industry,created new cultural formats,and promote the transformation of the pattern of economic development,resulting in a new economic form,which has brought enormous economic benefits and social benefits.In this paper fully discusses the connotation of culture and technology integration,discusses the culture,the technology and the pattern of the integration from the conceptual level and practice level.Furthermore,on the basic of analyzing the theory(including coordination theory,innovation theory,system theory,etc.)and combing the relevant literature,using the macro PEST analysis tool and micro SWOT analysis tool to analyze the macro environment(policy environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment)and micro foundation(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges)on the development of culture and technology integration,from the intrinsic logic and the mechanism of culture and technology integration,built the "element coupling interaction pattern",which would promote the culture and technology integration in Liaoning province.Finally,on the basic of the "element coupling interaction pattern",from three levels(the base layer,support layer and the power layer)proposing the countermeasures and suggestions which could promote culture and technology integration development in Liaoning province.Through the analysis of the development pattern of culture and technology integration in Liaoning province,this study found:First of all,actively developing cultural and technology integration is an effective way to adjust structure,promote transformation and find a new economic growth point;Secondly,the promotion of culture and technology integration,not only to take advantage of high-tech development of cultural industries,but also to use culture to promote the development of technology,the most important is to achieve the coupled interaction and depth integration of each other,constructing a new development pattern,thereby bringing regional economic development.
