The rapid development of information technology create a large number of digital products and new media which have changed people's way of life and also affecting the modern teaching to a certain extent.Being different from traditional teaching,modern teaching means are no longer single.Teaching is no longer limited to time and space,and teaching content can also be updated at any time,advancing with the times.Mobile learning is inevitable trend in the development of information technology teaching,and mobile devices is increasingly used in the learning of students,becoming the effective tool for learning.As a new social software,WeChat stands out in the domestic numerous social software and has a large user base because of powerful features.WeChat public platform can push information to the users anytime and anywhere,which is convenient for users to understand the latest information,meeting the needs of users from all walks of life and at all ages.Mobile learning based on WeChat public platform is also began to slowly draw more and more attention of people.Users are able to use fragmented knowledge to fill fragmented time.This learning method is also gradually getting the attention of scholars.“Chinese Fever” continues,and popularization of Chinese must follow closely the development of times.The popularity of mobile devices and the developed network science and technology provide necessary guarantee for the Chinese mobile learning.The teaching and learning of Chinese can break the limit of the classroom.Students can carry out mobile learning through modern information technology of for getting more updated knowledge out of the limited class time.Taking WeChat public platform as a new way to promote Chinese and learn Chinese is undoubtedly a valuable attempt to conform to the trend of the times.In this paper,based on the predecessors' research results,we explored the development of mobile learning,and investigated Chinese learners' use of mobile devices and mobile learning,and sorted out the WeChat Official Accounts on Chinese study which have big influence,and analyzed of their characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,which are referenced to carry out further empirical research on mobile learning,so as to create WeChat Official Account suitable for auxiliary classroom teaching.Finally,feasibility and validity of mobile learning of Chinese based on WeChat public platform are verified through investigation and analysis of the learners' usage and effect of it.
