Compared to the traditional classes of the teaching Chinese as a foreign language where the form is too single and over modular,to implement it in the new media environment has unique advantages in interaction,information transmission and resource sharing.Especially under the background that the three networks integrates,and in favor of the WeChat public platform' technologies,it's easy to show the better learning environment and the usage occasion,which contains the rich Chinese culture and social knowledge.Individuals cannot only interact one-to-one,but also establish a chat group to encourage people to communicate.Immediate and effective online communication is beneficiary for offline teaching adjustment with more aims.In 2018,the author inspected the existing WeChat public learning platform of Chinese as a foreign language in Jilin Province,and finally selected an educational institution in Jilin Province qualified for 10 years in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This educational institution opened a Mandarin Club Chinese platform in 2017,which integrates Chinese lessons,life services,leisure entertainment,touring vacation,Chinese folk custom products,Chinese characteristic diets,etc.,to promote teaching and learning.Since its beginning,it always keeps service as advanced concept and mainly promote short-term course for cultural experience.This paper can be divided into three parts.The first part investigates the operation and usage via selected education institution offering Chinese learning in WeChat public platform and summarize the current development direction of private Chinese training institutions in Jilin Province about online teaching.It must adapt to the current needs of TCFL learners and in addition to the highly applicable Chinese as a foreign language course,we should also cherish the resources of local foreign enterprises to strengthen cooperation,carry out the traditional culture experience teaching courses with local characteristics to enhance the social influence.Besides,to achieve long-term development,we must focus on standardizing theteaching contents,teaching management,teaching evaluation and other aspects of the platform.This paper fills in the blanks of the research in this field with sufficient research data and contributes to the promotion of TCSL online education in Jilin Province with detailed investigation,analysis and prospect.The second part is the main body,which can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter illustrates the current situation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the new media environment,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of WeChat public platform as well as the characteristics and principles of the application of it in teaching Chinese.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the status survey of Mandarin Club Chinese platform in Jilin Province.The third chapter is to evaluate the use of the learning platform according to the above survey results in actual teaching contents and teaching design.The fourth chapter is about the learning mode based on the Mandarin Club WeChat Chinese learning platform.The author points out two views.One is that it is necessary to change the traditional teaching concept of Chinese as a foreign language and another is to realize the industrialization of Chinese as a foreign language education.The chapter fifth is the specific analysis of the current situation of the cultural experience teaching courses on the Mandarin Club WeChat Chinese learning platform and the basis of the evaluation system,investigating fundamental theory foundation and the principle that should obey.The third part clarifies the importance of teaching Chinese as a foreign language based on the WeChat public platform.In Jilin Province,if we can give full play to the flexible market regulation of private institutions,closely integrate with local university resources,and use the WeChat public platform to vigorously promote cultural experience teaching courses with local characteristics,which will be of great significance to the development of Chinese language education outside Jilin Province.
