With the opening of "Chinese new era" and the launch of The Belt and Road,the number of Chinese learners continues to increase.But,the number of existing Chinese teachers is far from the needs of learners.In this context,this paper combines Chinese international education with modern information technology to design the mobile learning resources for spoken Chinese.This article first analyzes the current development of mobile learning at home and abroad,and the shortcomings of existing Chinese mobile learning resources construction.Then,under the support of personalized learning theory,informal learning theory and intensive teaching theory,according to the nine design principles,relying on the current active The HTML5 online editing platform and social media in the market,this article combined with the development trend of Chinese mobile learning,design a mobile learning resources for spoken Chinese dominated by“topics”.Finally,through the questionnaire survey and personal interviews,the preliminary application analysis of mobile learning resources for spoken Chinese was carried out,and the shortcomings were found and further improved.Mobile learning resources of spoken Chinese break the limitations of time and space,strengthen the context of oral Chinese learning,apply previous studies to practice,increase practical experience,and are expected to be promoted to the market,so as to meet the needs of learners in different countries to learn spoken Chinese.
