The Image Of The "Aphasia" In The New Immigrant Literature Of North America

The new immigrant literature in North America has developed greatly compared with the previous immigrant literature,both in the choice of subject matter and in the expression of theme.In the creation of tone,the new immigrant writers are more optimistic,out of the previous sadness,to struggle and change;In terms of creative vision,they are more broad,not just pay attention to themselves,while turning to the broader life,showing a rational thinking;In the writing style,instead of sorrow,they are more individual and free.But the opposite of edge and the center has never stopped,from the hair,eyes and skin to the expression,language and movement,then to the thinking and habits.From outside to inside,the formation of conflict each with heterogeneous environment would accelerate the "Aphasia".When the new immigrants are not clear on the question "who am I,the new immigrants have to face " Who will influence me " and " Who will I be ",so the question " who am I " has already to change to " who have become”,"I will affect who" "I will be who".Face to the different culture,the country is no longer the plight of aphasia tragedy,but how not to be aliened in the process of strong cultural assimilation.Therefore,the first chapter is about "Aphasia" meaning explanation,followed by a history of Chinese literature in North America in the "Aphasia",on the basis of the new immigrant literature in the "Aphasia",there are three type----functional aphasia,heterogeneous and aphasia silent type.The second chapter gives a detailed description of the three types of aphasia,and analyzes and demonstrates the reasons according to the text.The first type of functional aphasia,that is,congenital aphasia,the loss of speech function,that is what we call the "dumb",such as the lack of discourse function caused by the state of communication is the most easily identified aphasia.The function of aphasia here is more symbolic meaning,to lead them to the aphasia of producers,and they also shows that the two kinds of ideas is irreversible;The second kind heterogeneous aphasia refers to similar "fool" and "Crazy" "idiot" a kind of image,though they can speak,but the words are not credible,metaphor has their role,pointing to the discourse right;third silent type aphasia complex,this aphasia presentation is divided into speech disorder aphasia,material and spiritual identity aphasia,the causes of cultural conflict and aphasia points to identity confusion.The third chapter from the "Aphasia" of the body and then the analysis of the North American new immigrant writer's creation view and direction,from the "transplant" and "look" and "reflection",then to "seeking" to "see" and "mutual",and finally to the "rebellion" and "beyond",the change of "aphasia" shows the spirit of cultural trajectory and the writer's choice,but also projected the relationship between China and the development of the world.
