This study adopts questionnaire and comparative methods to learn the reason why students have the loneliness and the relationship between the loneliness and self-respect. Through the questionnaire on the students from X middle school in C county, G province, the study analyzes and studies the psychological health condition of middle students through the perspective of loneliness and self-respect. We hope to find efficient methods and solutions to solve the loneliness and self-respect problems of countryside middle school students through this and let the students have clear development direction of psychological health condition. We get the below conclusions through this study:Firstly, as for the loneliness and self-respect of countryside middle school students, there is no obvious difference in these two factors---gender and grade.(p<0.01)Secondly, there is no obvious difference in the loneliness of countryside middle school students(p<0.01), so is the self-respect(p<0.05).Thirdly, there is no obvious connection between the loneliness and self-respect of countryside middle school students(p<0.01).This study puts forward below solutions to above-mentioned resultsFirstly, speed up promoting and strengthening the school psychological health education and establish the psychological health education mode suitable for countryside middle school studentsSecondly, establish real psychological health education mode suitable for X middle school studentsThirdly, make great use of the training influence of head teachers on the psychological quality of students and make the importance of head teachers greatly enhanced in the psychological quality and psychological health education of students.Fourthly, create relaxing, healthy and positive good school atmosphere, which becomes a main battlefield to improve the psychological health and good psychological quality of students.Fifthly, combine the theory of the realities of school to establish school psychological consult room, equip psychological health education teachers to offer consulting and teaching to students.Sixthly, enrich diverse school activities to promote the psychological health and good psychological quality of students.
