The author collects 49 pairs of inverse morphemes from the Syllabus of Graded Words and Characters for Chinese Proficiency.From the synchronic approach,this paper is going to grasp the inverse morphemes as a whole;at the same time,the author classifies the 49 pairs of inverse morphemes exhaustively;defines this kind of words and tries to put forward the standard of distinguish the “normally type” and “inverse type”;searches for their cause of formation;analyzes the acquisition condition of middle and high level of Japan and Korea students who study abroad to pursue their regularity and systematic nature.Meanwhile,this paper also applies the Three-Plane Theory to analyze the inverse morphemes from three aspects: Grammar,Semantics,Pragmatics including pronunciation,meaning,structure,characteristic and connotative meaning.This thesis also applies the Error Analysis through questionnaires and HSK Dynamic Composition Corpus to analyze and predict the errors and difficulties which the middle and high level students learn and use this kind of words.Finally,based on the analysis of the survey results,the author attempts to put forward some specific and targeted suggestions from the perspective of foreign language teaching,for example,determine the correct order in actual teaching;use the word formation to strengthen students' morpheme consciousness;pay attention to the discrimination and error analysis of inverse morpheme words;use specific context for teaching and carry on the teaching reflection,so that students can master the inverse morpheme words systematically,then improve the efficiency of learning this kind of words,ultimately promote the development of vocabulary teaching.
