An Investigation On The Current Situation Of The Teaching Characteristic Culture--Pu-erh Tea To Advanced International Students In Yunnan And Suggestions For Teaching Design

Tea culture is an integral part of Chinese culture courses.And Yunnan Pu-erh Tea culture is one of the local characteristics both has the generality of tea culture and its own characteristics.The distinctive culture of Pu-erh Tea includes basic knowledge,life practicability and culture extensity,and contains unique character and interest.Under the condition of totally consistent of culture teaching of Chinese for foreigners and taking local characteristics as the guiding ideology and the features of Pu-erh Tea culture as the main line and advanced students as the research object,according to the “International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education” and overseas student culture elective courses setting in advanced stage,aiming at the questionnaire of three universities,combining with the practice requirements of students' daily life,this article explores the local characteristics in the teaching of Chinese for foreigners.Pu-erh Tea characteristics culture is the feasibility of supplement content of tea cultural characteristic course,and provides specific recommendations for Pu-erh Tea characteristic culture teaching design.In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,there is special significance to study the characteristic culture of Pu-erh tea as an example.The first is the significance is to add supplement of tea culture teaching contents in Chinese culture courses,and to further improve the Pu-erh tea study in Chinese tea culture teaching;Secondly,characteristic cultures are different in different regions.This paper use "Pu-erh tea culture" as the representative,to play a reference of study add regional characteristics to Chinese culture teaching.Finally,it will give culture and value to the characteristic culture of Pu-erh tea,spread characteristic culture,broaden the international communication routine of traditional culture,and carry forward and protect the regional characteristic culture.
