The book is the carrier of culture and the commercial products at the same time.According to the market situation of books nowadays,the brand strategy of books is needed indeed for gaining recognition and reception from readers,for reaching better sales objectives and for getting more profits.The brand design of books is put forward on the foundation of commercial behaviors and competition,is in the setting of social economy?material living standard and market situation,and on the purpose of winning a place and bigger economic effect.But,non-commercial books,such as Party and government's books,military theory books?textbooks and reference books are out of the study range.The concept of books' brand strategy is sorted out,extracted and set forth from the concepts of design?book design?and brand design.And this study discussed the details,the operating model and the operating channels of books' brand design from shaping the image of author,brand strategy,incremental derivative,overall design and marketing methods.What's more,this text carried on a complete and systematic research for books' brand design including demonstrating the books' brand design by connecting instances,discussing the relationship between books market and brand design in our country deeply,and researching the influence to brand design brought by the development and demand of Chinese book market.This study is written for providing a reference for the theory and practice of books' brand design.
