Research On Narrative Space Of Lun's Novel

Mr.Lu Xun is a great master of the modern literary world,whose literary works has attracted much public attention since its publication.In particular,his novel works has become the chief source which is critically inherited by the later authors because of its wide extension in the ideology and large depth in the spirit.Over the years,scholars have carried out a "panoramic" analysis of Lu Xun's novels,one of which is studied from the perspective of narration.The results shows that Lu Xun's novels do not fall in the traditional set pattern of time-leading narration mode,but created the narrative system constituted by space units,that is the so-called spatial narration.The invention of spatial is not unwarranted,but is closely related with Lu Xun's whole life experience,especially his experience and sensory memory in his hometown of Shaoxing and the unique space texture intangibly penetrates into Lu Xun's novel.In addition,the anxious feelings for the nation expressed in his works agrees much more well with the heavy spatial image than the magnificent form of common novels.Therefore,Lu Xun's novels show the characterization of Highlight in the space and weakening in the time seen from the whole framework of narrative pattern.It is worth noting that,the space is not only the pure physical space,but also an extremely heavy presentation since it bears the weight of the "pathological" cultural symptoms.Concretely,there are two characteristics of this kind of narration emphasizing on the space:Firstly,in a superficial view,the narrative structure of Lu Xun's novels show a kind of circular spatial tension.The literal meaning of the circle here is just as its name implies,setting off from the origin,going around a circle and getting back to the origin.But in Lu Xun's novels,its connotation is not limited to this,but carrying the dual characterization that the activities of characters and their ideological change both return to the original point.We could even see from a single spot that Lu Xun's novels deeply show a stagnation process of the modernity of the whole feudal society.This is also the grave social proposition what Mr.Lu Xun deeply thought about.Secondly,to see from a deep view,the connotation of some of the space in the novel is imperceptibly promoting the narrative process of the whole event.The space could be roughly divided into three categories according to their different properties,that is,the space of public space(teahouse,hotel),private space(living room,study room)and religious space(temple and temple).We could synthetically apply the the space theory of German philosopher Habermas and French philosopher Basra to analyze their own unique narrative mode from the public opinion,privacy and culture of the space.In the end of the essay,to research the body and space with a balance,it is a way of to sublimate all the essay.According to the view of Foucault,the space is full of invisible power consciousness,and perform through the body finally.The weak body is in the space,bearing with a punishment by it.At the moment,the body is no longer the philosophy of consciousness in Nietzsche's eyes,but the tamed body with Foucault's view.They are all showed in Luxun's lovel vividly.People are not only the views,but also the objects to be seen,they transform in the middle of seeing and to be seen continuously.But a coin has two sides,when the body is suppressed to a certain extent,it will go to a opposite direction,which shows as rebellion and carnival.To consider a part of body(including the the hair and eyes)and female bodys as the representative for the tamed body,Luxun wandes with wake and sleeping again and again,and see how the feudal society harms the chinese,which the most important is soul and thought truly,so he begin a campaign called “Enlightenment”,but the results are too bad.Luxun even doubts himself as a member to join the bad band.To resist despair,or rebellion with a dispair,in luxun's eyes,this is always a question with no any answer.
