In the historical process of China's reform and opening-up policy,the ideological attribute,commodity attribute and cultural attribute of the film are highly valued and developed,China has become the world's second largest film market.On the inside,the film is the main channel to enrich the people entertainment life and conduct propaganda the mainstream values;on the outside,film is an important platform to highlight the country's cultural soft power,enhance international influence and shape the international image.In film industry vigorous development process,as a special form of film production,co-production film is ranked in the forefront of the mainland box office,and take the responsibility of "going out" of Chinese film,achieve great success,are increasingly concerned about all circles.Therefore,this paper will take the Chinese film co-production policy since 1979 as the research object,on the whole,the evolution of policy is divided into three stages: centralized management period(1979-1992),policy adjustment period(1993-2002),industry advance period(2003-ongoing),and from the administrative management system,the film censorship system and the co-production film “production distribution projection” policy to analyze the changes of policy content,summarize the trends and characteristics of policy development.At the same time,with the help of the SCP paradigm in industrial organization theory,this paper focuses on the impact of co-production policy on industry,it puts forward that,under the influence of the policy,the industrial organization of the co-production film gradually shifted from market structure to market performance,and in this process,the political color of market performance is gradually fade,the economic performance's position continues to rise.
