In the environment of prevailing of the fitness in,China's elderly sports are gradually becoming hot and more perfect.Among them,the body-building rehearsal movement has been loved by the majority of middle-aged and older women.They have improved the quality of life through the way of doing gymnastic dance,and have participated in the dance as a kind of exercise method of pleasure and relaxation.With the increasing population of the elderly,the great burden has been imposed to the society.According to the data show that China is in the peak of aging,so strengthening the sense of exercise in the elderly,and promoting their exercise behavior is very necessary.More people should allowed to participate in fitness to dance to exercise,to promote his physical and mental health,to enrich their spare time,and to improve their quality of life.In this paper,using the literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and the scale of middleaged women's volleyball participants in the exercise awareness and exercise behavior of the study and analysis,I can draw the following conclusions:(1)People who participated in the dance training are mainly middle-aged women,most of their education levels are university.The participants' age limits to the activities of exercise are 1 to 3 years,and their main choice of companions is a friend or dancing friend.The frequency of participants' exercise is almost 2 times a week;the length is mainly 30-60 minutes each time;the intensity is generally small.(2)It is concluded from the investigation that most of the participants' are motivated by health and pleasure in the participants' awareness of exercise.There is no difference in age and cultural level,and there are significant differences in their occupations.In the subjective exercise experience,positive sense of happiness is the highest score in three dimensions,the lowest score is the heart trouble dimension,and the medium score is the fatigue dimension.There are significant differences in positive well-being between different ages and educational backgrounds,but there is no significant difference between mental fatigue and fatigue.(3)Analysis on relationship between exercise motivation and exercise behavior of the participants',and there exist significant correlation between them and both are positive correlation.Healthy motivation is the determining factor exercise intensity and the fun motivation is the most important for exercise frequency,the key to the exercise time is the health and ability motivation.Exercise intensity significant affected by positive feeling of happiness and bad mood;positive sense of happiness influence the exercise frequency;there is positive correlation between the exercise time and the inner feelings whether it is positive feeling or bad feeling.
