For contemporary women,the focus of life mostly revolves around work,family,and long-term office life.Sitting for a long time brings more physical hazards and risks to contemporary women.Contemporary women are under the pressure of work and life.Under the pressure,contemporary women need to be alone for physical exercise or other activities to improve their personal "sub-health" state and psychological status.Married and child-bearing women aged 30-35 are a relatively special group.They are young and complete their childbearing work.They need to raise children and also need to take care of their personal work.Some women like Latin dance training.The theme of this article is to study the effect of Latin dance training on the physical and mental fitness of 30-35 year old married and child-bearing women.This article uses literature method,experiment method,questionnaire survey method and combing statistical method to study the 30-35 year old married and childbearing women,and analyzes the effect of Latin dance training on the physical and mental fitness of 30-35 year old married and childbearing women.The experiment is a Latin dance training course set by the author.The Latin dance training course mainly lasts for three months.There are 12 subjects in total,all of whom are 30-35 years old married and childbearing women.Before the start of the experiment,measure various indicators for the relevant personnel of the experiment.All indicators must meet the basic average standard,and no serious deviations can occur.The overall physical fitness of the selected female personnel is relatively average.After the completion of the 9-week teaching,And will measure all the indicators again,and through the comparison of the two indicators,we can further understand the changes brought about by the teaching process to women’s physical conditions.All the experimental data here are more uniform and representative,and can better show the changes in people’s physical fitness.Moreover,related content such as body shape and cardiopulmonary function were selected as important reference objects.In terms of body shape,weight is used as the main judgment data,in addition to various auxiliary dimensional data such as chest circumference and waist circumference as supplements.The test of cardiopulmonary function is based on the step test,and then the vital capacity data is used as an auxiliary to judge the change of the person’s cardiopulmonary function.The measurement of flexibility is mainly based on the forward bending of the sitting body,and assists other modeling and production capacity tests.Among the strength qualities,the focus is on the ability to analyze sit-ups and supplement other related data.The test of psychological quality will understand the changes in people’s emotions from multiple perspectives such as adaptability and emotional management.At the same time,the "Psychological Quality Questionnaire" was investigated.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,supplement and judge the actual situation of psychological quality.Through related investigations and research,the final conclusions are as follows: From the perspective of body shape,the overall weight and dimensional problems of all experimental subjects have undergone significant changes,and most of them have lost about1.2KG in weight.The reduction of body circumference and waist circumference level also exceeded 2.9cm.The comparison of other dimensions obviously produced larger differences,while the bust circumference increased,basically maintaining around 0.09 cm,but the overall difference was not obvious.From the perspective of cardiopulmonary function,the overall vital capacity of all personnel has increased by about 285 ml,and the difference is more obvious,representing a major change in overall physical fitness.In the analysis of flexibility issues,most people’s seat body flexion increased by nearly 3 cm compared with the previous data,and other related data have also undergone major changes.In the analysis of the relevant data of strength quality,it can be found that the number of sit-ups of the experimenters has increased by 2.86 times compared with before.Therefore,the improvement of the abdominal muscles has changed the actual level of sit-ups,and the strength level has occurred.A major change has resulted in a significant difference.From the perspective of psychological quality,more exercise and outdoor activities can make people tolerate frustration and achieve good emotional control.The evaluation score of interpersonal relationship has risen by 3.91 points,and other data have been significantly improved and changed.Therefore,through the12-week Latin dance training,it can be clearly found that among the married and child-bearing women aged 30 to 35,the physical fitness and psychological state of most people have undergone significant changes.This kind of effective improvement also brings a certain sense of happiness to their lives,so the change of psychological quality is very important.First of all,from the point of view of body shape,weight and waist circumference have decreased.In fact,sports dance training can improve people’s body shape to a certain extent.Secondly,from the perspective of cardiopulmonary function,lung capacity will change during exercise,and the cardio-blood function of relevant personnel has been significantly improved.The research results of this article can provide reference for the preference of 30-35year-old married and childbearing women to choose fitness programs,enrich the theoretical results of academic circles in the same field,and have theoretical significance.And to help Latin dance training to better set up courses and provide references for external publicity,which has practical significance.
