Research On The Agglomeration Development Of Cultural Industry In Chengdu

In pace with the upgrading of the global industrial structure,nowadays,the world is marching toward the era of creative economy.Cultural and creative industries have set off a new wave of industries and are rising sharply around the world.Acting as the central city of western China and the capital of Sichuan Province,Chengdu Municipal Government pays great attention to the development of cultural and creative industries.In the light of the 13 th five-year Plan for the Development of Chengdu's Cultural Industry,the added value of Chengdu's cultural industry will exceed more than 5% of GDP in 2020,making it a new pillar industry of the national economy.In addition,in 2018,Chengdu issued the “Three Capitals and Three Cities” Plan,which also takes constructing a world city of cultural creation as a vital development goal.These policies and measures have spawned and promoted the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.The agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries is not only a means for cultural and creative industries to realize effective allocation of resources in a certain region,but also a form of market-oriented expression of cultural and creative industries.Currently,Chengdu has built a host of cultural and creative agglomeration areas,forming a strong agglomeration situation.The agglomeration development has become a remarkable feature of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.This paper will adopt the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research to analyze the issues related to the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.First,via sorting out and summarizing the existing literature,this paper expounds the research background and significance of the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.Then,in accordance with the study of the mechanism of the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries,this paper analyzes the current situation of the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.The content of the analysis consists of the general situation of the development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu,the general situation of the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries,the types of the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries and the spatial layout of the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.Moreover,this paper analyzes the agglomeration situation of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu from a qualitative angle.In the light of the previous qualitative research,the third chapter of this paper adopts the location entropy index to measure the agglomeration development level of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu,and compares it with the agglomeration development level of cultural and creative industries in six domestic developed cities,such as Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,and concludes the comparative advantages and existing problems of the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the agglomeration development of cultural andcreative industries in Chengdu at the end of the fifth chapter,the last chapter of this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the agglomeration development of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu,with a view to promoting the continuous improvement of the agglomeration level and specialization of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.
