Research Of Li Gongpu's Educational Thought And Practice

Mr.Li Gongpu was a famous educator,but also great patriotic fighter for democracy and outstanding people's political activist.His whole life work on education and the social culture,and carry on a lot of practice.Which not only implemented the education for the purpose of the social services,inspired people's patriotic consciousness and democratic thought,trained a large number of useful talents for the war of resistance and founding,and greatly enriched the connotation of the Chinese modern educational thought.Which has the important value of research.But,there was little holistic research for Li Gongpu educational thought,This paper attempt to discuss comprehensively from the following several aspects for Li Gongpu educational thought:Firstly,the lifetime and the educational thought's formative background of the Li Gongpu.The author tries to study from two aspects.The first is the lifetime of Li Gongpu,which mainly want to make us have a comprehensive knowledge about Li Gongpu through the introduction to his lifetime.The second is the formative background of Li Gongpu educational thought,which mainly divided into three aspects,namely the adolescent life experiences,the influence of western educational thought and the special historical environment.Secondly,the main content of the Li Gongpu educational thought and practical activity.Through collecting and sorting of data,Li Gongpu's life can be summed up three kinds of educational ideas,namely public educational thought,Anti-Japanese War educational thought and democracy educational thought.Corresponding practice mainly include: creating Shen Bao circulating library,establishing Shen Bao amateur continuation schools and women continuation schools,creating the Reading Life and Reading Press,teaching at Shanxi national revolution University,visiting northwest youth association of national salvation's youth training,organizing the flowing education team and participating in creating Chongqing social University,etc.The main task of this chapter is divided into two aspects: on the one hand,the author want to emphasis on explaining the several kinds of educational thought,on the other hand,the author want to analyze the practice and the impact of practice.Finally,the characteristic and the historical contributions of Li Gongpu educational thought.This chapter is divided into two aspects,a brief summary of the first aspect of the general characteristics of Li Gongpu educational thought : strong color of nation-saving through education,highly sense of the people,running through the democratic thought,paying attention to the combination of the educational thought and practice and practicability.The second aspect analyzes the historical contributions of Li Gongpu educational thought in the historical condition at that time.
