According to empirical data,with the acceleration of the pace of social transformation and the intensification of industry competition,the new generation of private entrepreneurs are faced with more mental problems.The resilience is one of the positive qualities that individuals need in coping with stress.Previous studies have shown that there is a correlation between the individual mental resilience and the mental health in response to crisis events.The coping styles have also been paid much attention as an important variable in exploring the relationship between the resilience and the mental health.The paper is an empirical study on the status quo and interrelationship of the young private entrepreneurs' mental resilience,coping styles,mental health and work performance.It puts forward variable relationship hypothesis on the basis of predecessors' researches,selecting the new generation of private entrepreneurs in Zhejiang province as the research objects,adopting the symptom Self-Assessment Scale(SCL-90)and "Mental Resilience Scale"(CD-RISC),Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ)and Job Performance Scale(TPQ)to carry out the questionnaire survey.The study uses the method of random sampling to get the data and collect 312 effective questionnaires.The paper uses some statistical software such as SPSS 25.0 to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis and so on.The results indicate that:1.The mental resilience of the young private entrepreneurs is significantly lower than the national norm.There are significant differences in the level of mental resilience in terms of gender and age.2.The young entrepreneurs generally have good coping styles and adopt positively when encountering problems;There were significant differences in gender,age,education background of entrepreneurship.Male entrepreneurs are more likely to adopt problemsolving coping styles.3.The overall mental health level of entrepreneurs in Zhejiang is not optimistic,which is lower than the national norm.The proportions of higher depression and anxiety levels was 29.95% and 23.53%.There are significant differences in mental health among entrepreneurs of different ages,genders,years of entrepreneurship and industries.4.Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurs' mental resilience,coping styles and mental resilience significantly predicted the score of SCL-90.There is a significant positive correlation between positive coping style and SCL-90.Entrepreneurial mental resilience and mental health can significantly predict job performance.The mental resilience,coping styles and job performance of entrepreneurs with high or low mental health levels can be noticeable different.5.Regression analysis results show that the variation of 50.4% of mental health can be jointly explained by the mental resilience,self-accusation,problem-solving and fantasy factors.Mental resilience,rationalization and problem-solving factors can explain 45.4% variation in job performance.6.The mediating effect and moderating effect test results show that coping styles play a partial mediating role between mental resilience and mental health.The mental health plays an intermediary role between the mental resilience and the job performance.Negative coping style plays a regulating role in mental resilience and mental health.Based on the above research results,this study suggests that the society should strengthen the training of the mental resilience and incorporate the training system of mental health,to promote the entrepreneur's mental health as well as improve the individual's ability to deal with setbacks.The results of this empirical study provide new ideas and basis for improving the mental health level of the entrepreneurs of the new generation.It also provides thinking and evidence for the research on the prevention of psychological crisis.The results also provide reliable professional information for the management and decision-making departments to provide strong support for intervention programs of entrepreneurs' mental health in the future.
