Learning motivation has always been an important part of educational psychology.In recent years,under the impetus of positive psychology,the study of psychological capital and emotional intelligence has been gradually carried out in school education.In order to explore the relationship between positive psychological capital,emotional intelligence and learning motivation of high school students,this study adopts the questionnaire survey to measure the positive psychological capital,emotional intelligence and learning motivation of 450 high school students in an ordinary middle school in Baoding,Hebei Province,and SPSS19.0 is used for data statistics and analysis,the results are as follows:1.High school students' positive psychological capital is in the middle level.The level of self-efficacy of boys was significantly higher than those of girls;The level of self-efficacy of student cadres is higher than that of non student leaders;with increasing educational level of parents,self-efficacy of students also increased.the resilience level of boys is significantly higher than those of girls,the resilience level of science students is significantly higher than liberal arts students,The resilience level of the only child is significantly higher than that of the non only child.The hope level of grade two is significantly higher than that of grade one and grade three,The optimistic level of grade two was significantly higher than that of grade three.The hope and optimism level of student cadres is significantly higher than that of non student cadres,The hope and optimism level of democratic parenting style is significantly higher than that of the other three groups.2.High school students' emotional intelligence is at a relatively good level.Emotional perception of boys is significantly higher than those of girls.The level of self-emotional management of neglected parenting style is significantly lower than that of the other three groups;The level of the emotional perception,self-emotional management,others emotional management,emotional use of the student cadres is significantly higher than non-student cadres.3.the high school students as a whole do not appear obvious problems of learning motivation.The problem of female students' learning interest is significantly less than that of boys,and the difficulties of learning goals in the first year are significantly higher than those in the second and third grades.The problems of urban students in learning goals are less than that of rural students.4.There is a significant correlation between positive psychological capital,emotional intelligence and learning motivation of high school students.5.Positive psychological capital plays a mediating role between emotional intelligence and learning motivation,and the mediating effect is 86.84%.
