Studies On The Transformation And Upgrade Of Guizhou Pan County's Culture Industry

Cultural industry is a product of development of the times,a concentrated expression form of knowledge economy,and an emerging industry that grows up based on combination of global markets,knowledge and high technologies.In order to adapt to the international development trend and realize cultural power strategy,the Central Committee of CPC and State Council proposed a number of feasible and practical cultural development strategies and policies to provide development ideas and institutional guarantee for transformation and upgrade of China's cultural industry.County is China's administrative region at the basic level.Regional economy at county level is an important component of China's economy.Since practical conditions of different counties are quite different,development levels of cultural industry in different counties are also different.Pan County,Guizhou Province is located in mountainous areas of Southwest China.By virtue of its abundant mineral resources and advantageous regional conditions,Pan County has now developed into an important energy base of Southwest China.Now,it's not only one of famous major coal power counties in Guizhou Province,but also one of few counties in Guizhou Province that are listed in National Top 100 Counties.However,as Pan County has been emphasizing development of tangible economy for a long period but neglects the important role of intangible economy in national economic development,its economy has been developing with only “one leg”for a long period.In this paper,based on backgrounds of a number of disciplines such as ethnology,anthropology and cultural industry management science,detailedand accurate materials and data related to cultural resources,cultural infrastructure construction and development conditions of cultural industry of Pan County were collected through field survey,so as to provide research methodology,theoretical guidance and data support for discussing current conditions and problems of cultural industry development of Pan County as well as relevant measures.Except two parts,namely Introduction and Conclusion,the other main research contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter discussed natural geographical conditions,historical humanistic environment,and composition and characteristics of cultural resources of Pan County;the second chapter discussed composition and achievements of cultural industry of Pan County as well as problems in supply side and demand side of its cultural industry;the third chapter discussed favorable conditions and unfavorable conditions of transformation and upgrade of cultural industry of Pan County as well as factors to guarantee such transformation and upgrade;and the forth chapter discussed specific approaches to and measures of such transformation and upgrade from two aspects,namely supply side and demand side of cultural industry of Pan County.According to this paper,Pan County should scientifically and reasonably develop all kinds of resources such as natural resources,historical culture and ethnic culture at county level with a focus on innovation;motivate the masses to participate in cultural construction;inspire the masses to play a leading role in facilitating prosperity of cultural industry at county level;and fully recognize that the basic role of market in resource allocation is indispensable for transformation and upgrade of cultural industry of Pan County.In conclusion,it's a time-consuming challenge to realize transformation of Pan County from a major cultural county to a powerful cultural county.
