With the increasing population aging in our country and the constant practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way,strengthening humane care,achieving social harmony and enhancing people's happiness have become important contents that benefit the livelihood of the people.The needs of the elderly and their satisfaction are directly related to the index of perceived happiness of the elderly,that is,the level of subjective well-being.It is one of the important indicators for judging the people's livelihood.However,the learning needs of the elderly and their satisfaction are related to the needs of the elderly at different levels.Therefore,the status quo of the subjective well-being of the elderly in the new era,the influencing factors,the ways of realization and the degree of research are bound to become the reality that future countries and society face.The research results of all parties provide a solid theoretical foundation and empirical data for this study.Based on the theory of lifelong learning,the theory of human's all-round development,the theory of humanism,the theory of the target and the theory of activity,this study mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview to conduct empirical research.A random sample of seniors in Shijiazhuang city about elder universities,community colleges,parks and some communities is designed to effectively grasp the primary information related to the learning needs and subjective well-being of the elderly,understand the relationship between the learning needs and the subjective well-being of the aged,and verify that there is a significant positive correlation between the learning needs of the aged and the subjective well-being.After theoretical combing and empirical research,it is found that: First,there is a significant positive correlation between learning needs and subjective well-being of the elderly,which has an impact on subjective well-being.Different learning needs of people,different sense of happiness;the stronger the learning needs,the higher the subjective sense of happiness.Among them,health care,leisure and entertainment,social and political learning needs have the highest correlation with subjective well-being,and have the greatest impact.Geriatric education needs to meet the learning needs of the elderly to maximize the subjective well-being of the elderly.Second,the elderly establish the concept of lifelong learning,and actively participate in various learning activities.Health care,social politics,and interpersonal learning are the most needed and attended content for the elderly.Thirdly,the subjective well-being of the elderly is generally at a high level.They feel the high level of well-being in the three dimensions of growth and progress experience,social confidence experience,and target value experience.Its main feature is that the elderly are full of confidence in social development,a clear goal of life,self-development and progress,family harmony,feel happy about the current life.This topic precisely reflects the current characteristics of the major social contradictions in our country as pointed out in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,The problem of the relationship between learning needs and the sense of subjective well-being of the elderly is well solved.It exactly coincides with the current development needs of our society in the new era.
